In today’s busy world, we often get pulled in many directions—whether by work, family, or constant media. Through my yoga classes and well-being workshops, I aim to offer a pause to cultivate your inner nature, find some calm, or simply have the opportunity to take a step back.

Introducing Mindfulness
3-week course accessible to anyone new to mindfulness
I am teaching the "Introducing Mindfulness" course developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation in collaboration with Oxford University.

If you're curious about mindfulness or just want to reconnect with your practice and build a more consistent routine, this 3-week course is a great place to start. It is a brief taste of mindfulness practice and theory in a format intended to be accessible to anyone new to mindfulness.
